Our Team
Team members hold advanced degrees and specializations in organizational development, training, human resources, curriculum design, organizational change, cross-cultural studies, missiology, theology, spiritual direction, and leadership development.
We strive to balance academic and theory knowledge with practical field experience. Team members have lived and/or served on the mission field in various capacities and have traveled extensively.
Our team is the learning and consulting arm of Mission to the World (MTW), the global missions-sending agency of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA).
Approach to Development
We use a facilitative approach where we don’t make all the decisions, but rather help participants learn and discover through the process. We believe strongly in adult learning techniques, where the individuals/group are the subject matter experts as a result of their life-long experiences.
